Terms & Conditions Terms Regarding Reptile Orders Living Earth Exotics currently accepts all major credit cards and Debit Cards through Paypal, Automatic Bank Transfers through Paypal or U.S. Postal money orders. Cashier's Checks accepted with amandatory 7 day hold for funds to clear our bank account before reptiles or merchandise is shipped out. Please first contact Living Earth Exotics if sending a cashier's check or money order. All Paypal payments must be made the day you place your order or your order will be considered void. All reptiles and exotics (unless otherwise noted) ship out at night via UPS Overnight Air. Delivery is by 10:30 A.M. the next morning to most destinations, unless not permitted by UPS guidelines. UPS shipping charges are billed according to destination zip code. Any Saturday delivery is an additional charge of $15.00 by UPS. Live arrival is guaranteed on all Reptile Orders The Live arrival guarantee is void if temps are below 50 or above 85 in the delivery area. The guarantee will also be considered void if no one was present to receive the animals upon the first delivery attempt. Please be sure someone is at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package. We must be notified the day of delivery if there is a problem with your delivery. Please let us know if your order will be requiring a heat pack or cold pack. If you know of bad weather in your area please contact us to let us know so we can reschedule your transport date. We take every precaution to ensure you are shipped the exact specimen requested. Due to stress, heat/cold or shedding an animals coloration may change, and may appear lighter or darker during transport or while becoming acclimated to its new environment. Please note credit card orders are processed at the time the order is placed. By placing an order you are agreeing to Living Earth Exotics Terms and Conditions. Living Earth Exotics can not hold product that has been posted for sale without full payment unless prior arrangements have been made by contacting us directly. Terms Regarding Roach Orders Guarantee: Live arrival is guaranteed! Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order or if you have any questions about our products or service. Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $9.75 for all orders up to 16,000. Orders over 16,000, please inquire for actual shipping charges. Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays unless other arrangements have been made by contacting us directly. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by the shipping service or for damages to roaches if no one is available to receive the package when delivered. Payment: All orders are to be paid in advance via Credit Card, PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check (subject to bank clearance). Additional Info regarding payments & shipping: PayPal payments that are sent via eCheck must clear before we can ship your order. Our order deadline is 1:00PM CST on Mondays for orders to ship each week. All orders received after this time will be shipped the following week.
